This is similar to the "name frames" that I did last year, but whole lot simpler. I used the same type of frame, and just stamped a background using the Poinsettia flower from the Christ is Born stamp set. Then I cut out the words using the Big Shot and the Join in the Cheer decorative Strip Die. The greeting actaully says "Peace & Joy & Love & Cheer", I cut the word "cheer" off from the end for this project. I then stamped the Poinsettia flower in Bravo Burgundy ink on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and cut it out. I stamped the flower one last time in Always Artichoke ink on a scrap of Very Vanilla and cut a couple petals out to use as leaves. I put a few gold brads in the center of the flower and attached it to the glass with my favorite things in the world - Dimensionals! Finally, I tied a length of Bravo Burgundy Grosgrain Ribbon around the wood part of the frame. This project comes together in a matter of minutes, so you could make several for gifts in almost no time. We did this project recently at a Holiday class and everyone said they really liked it. Plus the bonus of it being simple, but looks classy makes it even better! Once again, I have to say...Get your stamps out!
